CaliContainer provides industrial container products and services including but not limited to gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Quotes and Orders
Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary based on customer type and order size. New customers may be required to pay in advance. Established accounts may qualify for net terms.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Used containers are sold as-is based on stated grade. Returns are accepted for products that do not match the stated grade. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for return requests.
Limitation of Liability
CaliContainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
