What is the minimum order quantity for pallets?
Our minimum order is typically 50 pallets for local delivery. For smaller quantities, we can arrange pickup from our facility or combine with other orders.
Do you offer pallet exchange programs?
Yes! We buy back pallets from customers who have surplus. We offer competitive prices based on condition and can arrange pickup for large quantities.
What's the difference between 2-way and 4-way pallets?
2-way pallets can only be lifted from two sides, while 4-way pallets have openings on all four sides for forklift entry. Most of our pallets are 4-way for maximum flexibility.
Can I get heat-treated (HT) pallets for export?
Yes, we stock ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated pallets for international shipping. These pallets are stamped to meet international phytosanitary requirements.
How do I store pallets properly?
Store pallets in a dry location away from direct moisture. Stack no more than 15-20 empty pallets high. Keep them off the ground on blocks if possible to prevent moisture absorption.
